Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of earrings, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings once they have been delivered.

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all customers and is permitted under Shopify guidelines for hygiene-sensitive products.

Please ensure you review product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at caitlinelizabethjewellery@outlook.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, in line with Shopify consumer protection requirements.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect style preference

  • Wear after delivery


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer law.

However, this right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, including earrings.
Once earrings have been delivered, they are exempt from return under this regulation.
